I'm selling the "Pancake Point", my 2005 R-21, albeit reluctantly. It has the 3YM30 Yanmar engine with about 600 hours on it. It has a Raymarine VHF with two antennas, Garmin GPS/chartplotter, Sony marine stereo, Simrad AP-14 autopilot (works great! Get one if you don't have one!), cabin heater, solar-powered vent in the overhead (well worth the money to buy and easy to install!) and floodlights fore and aft. There's a Porta-Potti as well as cushions for the engine box and stern seat. There is a mast and boom with awning and a steady sail to dampen the rolling. I shortened the mast a little to get it under 14' high to allow leaving it in place when trailing the boat. I put a solar battery charger/conditioner on it a year ago when the batteries seemed to be losing their charge and it has made a noticeable improvement. I got tired of squinting when the sun was shining so I painted most of the cockpit gray to cut down on the glare and give more of a workboat look and it worked very well. The anchor is an 8 pounder with about 15 feet of chain and 200 feet of line. The boat comes with a single axle King Saltwater trailer. Both boat and trailer have spent the majority of their lives in fresh water on the Columbia River. The only reason I'm selling this boat is because I'm trying to raise money to buy a 40+ foot commercial boat.
