It's May, and that means it's time for the May Tugnuts Photo Contest!

This month's theme is HOT HOT HOT! Sunny Weather! We're dreaming about cruising this summer and we want to think back to those warm summer days cruising, a cool breeze and blue skies! Send in any photos that that fit your definition of a "perfect summer day."

Please send your photos to briandickhaut@rangertugs.com

We'll be taking submissions until 11:59pm May 31st

If you're not familiar with our Tugnuts Monthly Photo Contest, every month we give away a pair of custom embroidered Ranger Tugs or Cutwater Boats jackets! Each month has a new theme and entry in the contest is simple, just email your photo and a description or comment to briandickhaut@rangertugs.com and at the end of the month we'll hold a vote here at the factory to select the winner. If you win, we'll announce it here on Tugnuts and send you an email to arrange delivery of your free jackets.

On that note, here's a photo sent in by our recent winners Brett and Jasa, sporting their new jackets!

"We spent a hot day on the hook at Mystery Bay on our C28. After we got home, we saw our neighbor arrive at sunset in their C28. No filter here, just an amazing Whidbey Island sunset."

"Not sure which of these I like best.

Boating during a pandemic...Jarrell Cove all to ourselves on a gorgeous sunny day in May. On a weekend!

Nothing like relaxing on the bow during a slow cruise on a beautiful sunny day in May!"

From Tim B.

"There are plenty of “Perfect Summer Days” out there, but as I was scanning my photos from last summer these certainly stood out for our family.

It was July 4th weekend, we had enjoyed the time on the water in Grand Haven Michigan. After coming in the channel with the lighthouse behind us, we were anchored out of the channel in the Grand River. Later, we got to watch one of our favorite Great Lake Freighters the “Wilfred Sykes” come in and unload stone at a yard. We were able to enjoy a beautiful afternoon on the water! Charlotte was swimming, Amy was relaxing with a beverage, and Scout was enjoying his time in the shade!

Looking forward to another summer approaching!"

"Just the beginning of a “Perfect Summer Day” on Lake Richard Russell.
Perfect, thanks to the easy trailering of our 2015 R21EC RedBird."

"The following pics were taken in May 2020, aboard “Toto”, a 2014 21EC. Nestled deep in the Adirondacks of New York, Lake George, the Queen of American Lakes, was our home for 5 days. We were fortunate to have fantastic weather, great company, and amazing views. The photo underway is Toto at her full throttle speed of a blistering 9 knots…
Nearly 150 miles, with a fuel consumption rate of 1/3 Gallon per hour!"
