Adjusting Radar dome

The mast bracket was delivered bent when the dome was installed it leaned down on starboard side. I think it performed properly but it didn't look good.I also wanted to have the dome pitched down approx 5 degrees to adjust for the attitude of the boat at cruising speed (Bow high) . I was able to level it and pitch it down with the 8mm stainless studs and jump nuts.

D3 volvo fuel filter removal

Removing Fuel filter . 2015 D3 Volvo first filter change. Could not remove in the boat. I had to remove the housing off the block. Involved removing engine management electronics, metal engine cowling that electronics was mounted to. This allowed me to gain access to the torx head bolts that hold the housing to the block. I was able to finally break the filter loose from the filter housing mounted to my vise and a large strap wrench

Replacing Floor forward cabin

The floor had a piece broke off on the edge of the access to the shower sump.In order to replace it and have the floor match it required replacing the whole floor. My cutwater dealer worked with the factory to get me the floor section and I replaced it.
