Roof Mounted Dinghy & Kayak on R29

For our R-29, the Circle T, we wanted to carry both a dinghy AND a two-person kayak while still being able to enjoy an unobstructed view (and maybe even cast a fishing line) out of the cockpit while underway. The roof was the only answer. What you'll see in this album is the result of that -- a custom designed, built and installed system which we tested in real-life conditions for the first time for these photos. The basic davit is made by St. Croix, but we both lengthened and strengthened it for this installation.
