Shear pin replacement - bow

Shear pin replacement procedure for Side-Power SE-30 bow thruster on R27: a) Tools used: pin punch, small hammer, #2 square drive bit, very small ratchet tool for #2 square drive bit, 6mm allen head ratchet tool from Imtra for removing thruster motor, retaining ring removal tool, needle nose pliers, #2 square drive bit screw driver, 13mm socket and ratchet drive, b) procedure from Imtra for shear pin replacement, c) replacement shear pin for SE30 from Imtra, d) camera to take photos of thruster motor area that you can't see, and e) strong neck muscles for lying on your belly for an extended time looking down into the belly of the bow.
