I ordered two pieces of teak veneer plywood from Richard at the factory. I thought I had them cut perfectly. Never one to leave well enough alone, I foolishly thought I would round the corners. Naturally, I cut too much and that left a gap! I really didn't feel like spending another $30 for new boards so after some experimenting, I cut some pine outside corner molding and glued it on. That made the outside look decent but I needed something for the inside to cover my mistake. I had some vinyl wood planking left over so I cut 2 pieces and glued it onto the inside of the door. I used piano type hinges so they are barely visible. Simple project turned into a lot of work!
