As indicated by small red arrow, a 1/2" hole in the inner lining close to the stern thruster drain hole, looks to be filled with epoxy. Is this a safe area to drill a 1 1/2" hole for a sea cock?
Note blue heating pad used to warm engine room in winter. Also note position of 1 1/4" starboard sea cock.
