I noticed the AC unit accessed in the cave sits in a 1" deep tray. The tray must have a drain, although I can not access 2 sides of the pan, but it does not overflow. However the tray retains about 1/2" of water which is starting to create a rust stain in the tray. The only way to fully empty is to wipe it out. I have attached a picture. Is this normal and is the drain on the bow side of the tray which is not visible?IMG_1154.jpg

I have a 2017 R29 Sedan which had the same issue. Last year, I had significant condensation that sometimes overflowed so....this year I finally tackled the problem which was not easy.

In summary, I: Replaced and rerouted the drain hose to the shower sump; Elevated the AC approximately 1" to improve the drain hose slope; Connected 3 of 4 (could not get forward starboard corner) pan drains to the drain hose. I tested and the issue is solved.

It was a major project for me with lots of twists and turns. Happy to discuss with you if desired; I do have some pics I can provide.

Mike,
Sorry for the delay in my thanks.
I did find the other outlets with rubber plugs and you are right... the ultimate fix would be to elevate the tray an inch so the hose going to the sump actually drains the pan completely. I did not have the "will" to execute. I did add an additional tube with path to the bilge to try and help alleviate.
Thanks again.
