I went to the boat (2013 RT31CB) today, first time in 2 weeks. As I usually do when I get to the boat while on the hard, I plug my extension cord into Line 1 to power up the charger. When I plugged in, I noticed the charger did not kick on, and it had no lights. I checked the breakers at the stern, and Line 1 was not tripped and had the green light, which is normal. I went to the salon breaker panel, and Line 1 breaker had a green light, as did the switch at the bottom. BUT, the Voltmeter showed zero volts. Therefore, power is not getting out of the panel. I attached a pic for reference. I exercised both breakers and turned the switch to see if anything changed, Nothing did. I then plugged the extension cord into Line2. The salon panel had a green light at the breaker and the switch. It also showed 120V on the meter. That is normal and what I would expect. I removed the panel to get access to the breakers. I measured 120V at the breaker for line1 on both sides of the breaker. I stopped digging into it so I could do more research.

Am I missing something obvious?

I assume you have an inverter? Do you have a toggle that allows you to toggle it on and off? I'd try turning those switches on and off which may trigger the AC side from Shore power. Did you do a full shut down and reset, including turning the inverter power switch in the Laz? A couple of things to try......

Thanks for the reply. I toggled everything,,,,,inverter control panel, breakers, switch at inverter, power, even on the 12V side ... several times. When I went to inverter mode, I had 120 in the cabin (my microwave kicked on.) But that 120 is Line 2, the side that also works on shore power. I do not believe it is a charger/inverter issue. I do not have power leaving the breaker panel since that little voltmeter is not showing 120V. I really believe the issue is at the breaker panel. I have measured 120V on top, and both green lights are on. But, I have no idea what it could be. If someone has more troubleshooting ideas, please let me know. I am going to bring my Fluke multimeter to the boat on the next trip. I am not sure I trust the harbor freight one that I leave there....

THANKS again....
