Our Haier microwave door no longer closes properly and therefore does not work, ... door mounted latches have gone loose. Anyone know a fix or replacement?

Yup. Ours died a couple years ago. You can find a replacement at Walmart. Same dimensions, it will slide right in.
 
Ours the door won't open, used slim jim to recover my potato. Found a direct replacement (Same Deminsions) at Lowes. Easy changes, except for screw on the backside hard to access.
