Replacing windshield wiper motor

Has anyone disassembled the dash to replace a burnt out Roca windshield wiper motor? We are at a loss how to do it.

You'll get better replies if you update to list the boat model & year...

They have an R31S. Year is 21 or 22

I did this on our 2018 R31 CB last summer. You need to remove the wood trim carefully, remove the wiper assembly from the outside, then carefully pull out the motor from the inside and replace. The correct replacement part can be found on Fluid motion parts search (Part #RC533021 Supplier Imtra). Other than removing the trim carefully and the tight squeeze to pull the motor out it was strait forward enough. Let me know if you have any specific questions.
