I installed 4 lithium batteries on my new R-25. Probably it’s no surprise that the boat lists to port in her slip. Anyone dealt with this? Underway the tabs level her out.Add weight to the starboard cockpit locker?

Adding extra weight in the cockpit to an already stern heavy boat is not the best solution. I’d see what is in the port side cockpit to see what you could move as far forward (e.g. v-berth storage areas) as possible.

If it is a new R-25, didn’t it already have lithium batteries? They should come with two 300 Ah batteries.

The factory used to install six 100 Ah batteries, four and a half of which were on the port side of the midline. That did make it list. It would probably be best to try to rearrange them across the midline to level it out.

My R-27 also lists to port. It may be because of the 4 AGM batteries however I don’t know where else I could place them. The previous owner did add weight to the forward starboard storage compartment under the cushions. I was thinking of removing the mattress and cushion on the port side under the salon table. Not sure whether that will make a difference.

I'd just like to formally congratulate you for making the first funny / sarcastic post on Tugnuts. Not all heroes wear capes.

On behalf of the entire community, "Thank-you!".
