Bow Chocks for Mooring

Can anyone share pictures of their bow chocks added for mooring? We almost lost our R31 this past weekend because of chafe from the factory chocks...continuous winds of 40+ knots and gusts to 60.

I need to install new chocks further forward to reduce chafe and install chafe guards.

I would also love to see links to the specific chock you installed.
 
I use Chafe guards.

If your chocks are like my 29 they aren't made for forward tension--they are angled the wrong direction. i would require replacing with opposite Skene chocks or I just use the cleats.
