Would anyone know where the fuse is for the positive side of a Rule self sensing bilge pump. The wiring shows a fuse but I can’t seem to locate it. Im working on a 2018 C242. The positive wire should have power but does not. I believe it should have a fuse between the battery and pump. The aft bilge pump does have power.

My boat is a 2012 Ranger Tug and not a Cutwater, but fuses for bilge pumps wired directly to the batteries are in black flat fuse holders containing a blade fuse. They are located near the battery switches and are labeled. Maybe your boat is similar.
 
I have a 2018 24 coupe. Those fuses are below the panel in the lower sleeping area. Kind of behind those two light switches. You have to remove about 10 screws that are in the white shag. Then they are up underneath. They are labeled.
 
2017 C-242. About 6 or so screws to get there.
