Circuit breaker for your Lewmar winch. The red button is a test. When it triggers a little lever drops down that you push back up to re-engage it.

Found mine on my 2011 RT-27 had tripped, but only after we had Armstronged 100 Ft. for 5/16 chain, and anchor.
