Depending on the type of fishing your doing and personal preference as to where you would want your holders located. I would recommend something like the A marine stainless clamp on fishing rod holders. They are not expensive about $15-$20 each, easy to install and can be relocated as your choices change.
Since my boat is a R-21 space is limited so I have two on back railing for the fishing poles and one on the rail on both sides of the cabin that are used for the fish net, boat hook or cleaning brush. The downriggers have there own pole holders.
I always check out other boats at the dock, and get some really good ideas to spend more money on!
I like to keep it simple and clean looking.
Good luck and good fishing. Bob

I store my rods in a length of pvc pipe that has a screw on top on one end and cap on the other. This large diameter pipe with rods fits neatly in the qtr berth which is only for storage
Once I’m out and fishing I keep them in the rocket launchers mounted to the vertical grab rails
I also just lay them on the roof when they might be in the way docking or rafting. A rod will lay nicely on the roof resting against the rails on the left and right side of the roof

Sorry, I overlooked that you were looking for inside storage !
All my poles that are not being used for that days fishing are broken down and placed in cloth containers, and stored in side of berth area where there is a ledge thats perfect for holding them.

On our R27 Classic I made two teak brackets that attach to the existing curtain rail. These only hold one rod when broken down which is all I needed. To hold more rods I have seen others mount rod holders to the ceiling.

Here is the teak rod holder I made. A “G” shaped cutout on the forward holder and just a hole on the rear holder. If your interested I can send you a drawing.

On TOUCAN, we use large S-hooks from Ikea to hang three rods on the upper left side of the cabin with the rod butts aft and the tips over the midship light fixture.

I looked at your album after looking at the rod holder. Nice Job on all your cabinetry. Do you have more photos on your drawer under the range? Install photos or drawing? I may add that to my 2019/2020 winter project. We use the cabinet but it is a PIA to get stuff out. The drawer looks like a good solution. Where did you purchase the teak paneling used in berth area? Is that from Fluid Motion or lumber yard?

Thank you All for the information regarding pole holders. I’ve decided, that since I’m usually fishing for smaller fish in the ICW, that I’m going to keep the poles under the starboard quarter berth. I can’t figure out, yet, how to use the live well under the grill. It’s a 2019 LE that I use in Vero Beach. It has an electric grill, and under that is a live well? there is a threaded connection at the bottom that I think a pump goes into. I haven’t found any tubes that go in there nor any switch to operate it from. I check the owner’s manual, but nothing so far. Any advice would be appreciated greatly.

These were made from leftover mahogany deck stock and added to our 29. The outboard end hangs on the teak curtain track trim, so the only mechanical fastener is a screw from above through the teak ceiling batten.

I'm also going to use the Cave/Quarter Berth for Rod Storage. I typically store 7-8 rods for salmon/ground fish or albacore. The Cutwater is built such that there are no 'extra spaces' anywhere and the height is too low for ceiling rods, that might bang tall folks in the head with heavy reels. The Cave is my primary storage area and I'll cover with some protecting material like Carpet Cover https://www.amazon.com/Sweet-Home-S...ocphy=9031969&hvtargid=pla-350645112719&psc=1 to insure that oil from rods/reels does not get on fabric in the Cave.
