12volt outlets missing?

Since we just moved from a Cutwater C24 to a RT27OB (2019) last fall, still learning. Just purchased a dc powered air pump for an inflatable. I have only found one dc outlet in the cave but there are three fuses and respective outlets shown on the electrical schematic in the RT27 Owner's Manual. Missing are the "Dash" and the "Bathroom" outlets. Did they not get installed?
 
You mean the round “cigarette lighter” style? We only have the one in the cave. 2023 R27. All others are USB.
 
We changed the plug on our inflator to scotty so we can use it in the cockpit, where we need it.
