1998 R21 FRont Bow Rail

First time to the website. Just purchased a 1998 Ranger R21, a real beauty. The boat does not have the Front Bow Rail. I like the look of the boat with this accessory? Every photo I have seen including the original brochure shows this as part of the boat, I assume standard. I called the factory to see if the original owner/invoice deleted this item. They could not tell me and they do not stock this item. Can anyone help with the "standard" question. Does anyone know where one would be available, Craig.
