2011 R25 Yanmar motor mounts

There’s some rust on my aft motor mounts. One is pretty bad and might need to be replaced. Anyone done this before, does the motor need to come out?

Hi, I have a 2011 R27 and replaced the motor mounts last year. This was all done in the slip, no need to take the motor out. The rear mounts were the easiest by far as the access was better and the back of the motor/trans was a lot lighter than the front. Take the opportunity to clean the cooling system as it had to come off just to reach the starboard forward mount.
I don't know how the job changes on an R25.
