2011R29. Lowering Table

Can somebody please list the steps to lowering the table on our R29. It has what looks like release clamps. Thanks

I have a 27OB, not a 29, but on my boat, you release the clamps and press down on the table, above the support, and it should lower. Mine is spring loaded so you have to flip the clamps back to lock it in place before you let go of the table. HTH

It is a struggle to get the table down.. but it does.. I have actually climbed on top of mine.
If the boat is new to you, make sure the table has not been attached to the wall. I have mine screwed into the wall to make it more stable as we never make it into a bed. I found it pretty wobbly on it's own.

Anyone have any tricks to lowering the table? Other than climbing on top? I doubt my table has ever been lowered.

Rotate it left and right as you apply downward pressure. Make sure the telescoping pedestal sections you can see are clean. If it’s real tough to move and you want to deal with a small mess, apply some silicon spray lubricant or WD-40 or the like to the sliding sections. Finally, the amount of pressure the clamps apply when open can be adjusted with the nuts on the clamps. It’s a fine line between no pressure and too much. The adjustment takes some patience.
