2012 Cutwater 26 docking lights

We haven't used the boat at night since we purchased it about 10 months ago. I figured out the spotlight, the Navigation lights need to be on, but can't get the docking lights to come on.

What am I doing wrong, or how do you turn them on?

You replace the bulbs. They are burnt out. Get some LED MR16 bulbs. Easy to replace. 15min tops.
