2013 CB31 With Volvo D4 What is the brand of Transmission?

My transmission has no number and just a small piece of a red sticker that was scraped off. It does have a filter. What type Fluid should I use?

Hi Capt Ron,

The Transmission (Reverse Gear) is Volvo P/N HS63AE-C. It is actually made by ZF Marine for Volvo - they paint it, etc - but it is still a ZF Marine transmission. Both the Volvo, and the ZF Manual say to use ATF oil - so NAPA Dexron II, III, or IV ATF or equivalent will work.

The filter P/N is listed in the Ranger Tug spare parts order form on the main Tugnuts site - Volvo P/N 3582069.
