Morning all,

I recently posted on the general forum on the general location of the A/C units on my (new to me) 2013 R29 (Under the main berth and behind the wine cooler). I did see some literature on the units being Dometic DX in some old paperwork but I am unsure if this information is the control unit or the actual A/C unit. I'm trying to understand two points:

1) What I am trying to find is the spec sheets for the actual A/C units (or where to find the information), the ratings (the BTUs and power draw) and how all this relates to the Inverter Charger (or if it does ...).

2) Reason for the ProMariner 2500 Inverter/Charger - is there a specific reason this model and power amount was chosen?

Thanks for all the insights ...

Brian

I think the owner's manual I have, combines the manuals of 1)two control models, the Elite Control and the Passport Control 2) the DX air conditioning unit. I have a 2014 R-29 which seems to utilize the "passport" control. I don't see an obvious way to attach things to this response. If you email me pwensinger2@gmail.com, I will send you the "Specifications" page of what seems to be the A/C unit and a picture of the label of a CD that came with the manual.

As to your questions about the charger/inverter, I can't help you. I'm a retired CPA, Commenting on such things would be leaving the path of wisdom.
