I found 2 sensors floating in the aft bilge. I know one attaches to the clip on the pump. I suspect the other must be attached to the wood block? Which is which? My guess is that the one with just 2 wires is the alarm switch and goes on the wood block. And the one with 4 wires is clipped to the pump. Yes?
I’m guessing a couple short brass screws into the block does the trick?
