2017 R27 throttle limitation problem

I have a 2017 R27. When the engine reaches 2000 RPM's, it will stay at that speed and not go faster when throttle is pushed forward.
Engine running fine, Throttle works forward and reverse. I am looking for a suggestion on what the problem is.

Hello,

Sounds like you have an issue with your turbo boost. Look at your engine gauge and see if it is you are getting boost pressure. You can find it on your Garmin as well under engine data.

Thank you for your response. We recently had the turbo booster replaced. Could it need some type of computer reset?

What are you seeing on the screen for boost pressure? It might have not been installed right and there is nothing to reset once it has been replaced.
