2019 C28 autopilot

I thought that the installed reactor 40 autopilot would steer a course to a waypoint following all of the turns. However is seems that it only lays out a megenta line for the course and I have to manually steer that course. Any suggestions.
 
You may just need an update to your Garmin. My 2018 with the Garmin 7612 did the same thing and after an update will autoroute and follow the course.
