Thanks in advance for any input and time put into this.

My charger has stopped working. I am getting an Error code 03. When I view the manual https://www.donrowe.com/v/vspfiles/pdf/ac1220_ac1240_ac1260_owners_guide.pdf this translate to "Battery is connected backwards". After reaching out to my Delivery guys (just got it a week ago) and sending them several photos of different connections. We have determined the batteries are connected correctly. Everything else appears to be working. We have concluded the battery charger has failed and needs to be replaced. I have found a few unanswered threads on Tugnuts with same error code (search: "E03"). Prior to delivery I had the Vicron Battery Monitor install which is how I found the issue in the first place, the boat was at 84% when I expected 100%. Has anyone else solved or seen this issue before? Thanks again for your time on this.

No.
But your experience with initial systems mortality on a new boat of any brand is not uncommon. There are a lot of systems and components in these boats. As with anything new (e.g. car, house, RV, small airplane, etc.) it’s the norm to have a few issues. Fluid Motion is buying thousands of parts from hundreds of vendors. Occasionally one (or more) part will fail during the warranty period.
Honestly, if all you ending up having is one bad battery charger that gets replaced under warranty I’d consider that lucky. Replacement is an easy fix. It’s a $200 part.
In the meantime, try to keep the house bank charged using your solar system, an external battery charger or any other option. You don’t want to need to replace the batteries too.

Thanks for the words of encouragement. This is a used boat 2023 but it is new to me. I did pick it up from the factory as it was a trade in upgrade from its original owner. I do have the 90 days systems warranty which will be used on this item. My concern now is how often the batteries dropped below 50% and what kind of state they are currently in since the battery charger was not operational? I am planning an upgrade to LiFoPo but I was hoping that would be in a few years, not next year.
