Can anyone tell me if the PD/QC outlet I find aft of the throttle was standard factory install?
Thank you for any help, I’m looking for load capability. If my wire trace was correct it is protected by a 20A fuse, seems high.

Yes, those are factory. My feeling is fuses are there to protect the wiring not the devices. So I think you should be fine as long as the wire gauge can handle that ampacity.
If the PD/QC decides it wants to start a fire, it could probably do it with 3 amps.
 
The wire looks to be 12 or 14ga and I will follow up with the factory in regards to the receptacle capacity.
