2025 Great Lakes Area Ranger Tugs and Cutwater Boats Rendezvous. We have locked in the dates for next summers event……August 10, 11 and 12th. The location will be in Mackinaw City, Michigan at the Straits Harbor Marina. We chose Mackinaw City because of its close proximity to Mackinaw Island, the Les Cheneaux Islands and The North Channel….all great places to visit and or cruise to and thru. We are still working on all the final details and official registration will not start until sometime in February. With that said if you’re interested in possibly attended email me your name and email address and I’ll add you to my “keep me informed” list. Thus will not lock you in however you’ll be first to be informed when its time to start the registration process.

We recently received our new R23 and we may attend just to see and learn from other RT owners. We would be coming by car.

End of year update on who I show on our “keep me informed” list….see below. If your nap is on this list you Do Not need to do anything else at this time. In February, give or take, I’ll email everyone on this list the official registration form. It’s at this time you’ll have the opportunity to register to attend and I’ll provide dockage instructions. We are working on finalizing all the loose ends so I don’t have the registration cost figured out but we’ll try to keep it at or close to the $110 per person that was charged for the 2024 event. For those that have not attended before the registration fee covers 3 catered meals, a pizza party, swag bags/contents, miscellaneous expenses and more. Dockage is in addition.

If your names do not appear on this list and you’d like to be on the “keep me informed” list then you’ll need to email me your name and email address. Once we are ready for registration the communication will be by email, therefore the reason for your email address.

IMPORTANT UPDATED INFORMATION. A few things today about the August 10-12 Great Lakes Rendezvous in Mackinaw City Michigan. The marina where the Rendezvous is being held is a Michigan State DNR managed marina. I mention this because there rules for holding slips for group events are more cumbersome then working with a municipal or private marina. With that said I’ll be sending out a group email with the official registration form to everyone listed below (note that there are 2 of you that I do not have email addresses for ) at the end of January. This is much earlier than prior years but its the only way to guarantee slips. At the time of my group email I’ll be spelling out what’s included, tentative events, etc. If your name does not appear below and you’d like to be included in the “keep me informed” list you’ll need to email me or post here your names and email address. If anyone has questions ask here or feel free to call me at 231-642-7625. If I do not answer leave a message and I’ll return your call.
