Am I the only one who lacks the strength to open the two sliding windows in the wheelhouse? I submitted a question to Diamond SeaGlaze on their site, but to no avail. I don't want to resort to prying these open, but they can really be stubborn. Has anyone else experienced this problem, and, what if any suggestions might you have to solve it?
Thanks, Alex "Kamalani"

I open the Diamond SeaGlaze window by first pushing it closed all the way, press the latch, and then slide open. I also applied Liquid Rollers to the upper and lower tracks. West Marine carries Liquid Rollers or click the below for more info.

Lots on the C-Brat site about this, they've got similar windows. At first, to get it moving, you may need a flat sharp object to pry it a little between the window frame and the latch. After you get it moving, the liquid rollers will assist in your not having to pry any more as long as you do it frequently enough...

I forgot to mention that one if my windows was harder to open than the others. Turns our the lower track was slightly squeezed together. I used a 2" wide thin piece of plywood, placed it in the track and rocked it back and forth in the track so that it spread the aluminum track open. Now the window opens with the greatest of ease.
