My solution to the need for more storage on a 21-EC.
Yes, I did lose the cutting board surface that I never used except to collect stuff.
 
Looks great. We can all use a bit more storage in our little 21's. Good Job

Superb woodworking! how did you make the curved tops on the raised panels? It occurs to me you might be able to put a cushion on the forward face of the new cabinet and get rid of the folding back rest. I find myself always too close to the wheel due to the autopilot drive mechanism moving the wheel about 4 in. further aft.

Thanks Larry. Arched raised panels are the bomb. Really enjoy making them. I find myself standing at the helm way more than sitting. But sitting is not a problem as I'm 5'5". Lots of leg room for the height challenged. On to Spring cleaning next.
