21 EC Swim Platform

My wife and just purchased a 2009 Ranger Tug 21 EC and we are extremely happy. Unfortunately the original owner removed the swim platform and I would like to return the tug back to its original configuration. Does anyone know where I can find a used swim platform?

I might know about that boat... the fellow that originally owned it was in the Chesapeake area, then the boat was in Michigan for a year. Second owner could not locate the platform. It was removed so the original owner found install some sonar devices on the stern. It really messes up the functionality of the tug.

I reached out to Butler Marine and they are able to quote on a replacement swim platform, unfortunately Ranger Tug no longer has the mold or specifications for that particular platform.

The swim platform on my 2009 R21 is made from starboard plastic ( high density polyethylene) it would be easy for you to do a DIY! If you need measurements and pictures I could send them to you.
Starboard is easy to work with and not expensive the hardware to attach to boat can made at most customs metal shops, the swim ladder can be purchased from Amazon or any marine supplier.

I am in the process of removing the swim platform on my 2014 21EC so that it will fit in my current slip with a 23' LOA limit. It is in excellent condition.

I would be happy to sell it to you instead of storing it forever.
