Does anyone have a basic schematic or know the dimensions for placement of the bunks and winch position for a 21EC?

I have a brand new 2018 tandem axle 4800lb trailer which I purchased for my old 21' Trophy. I'm sure the RT will fit the trailer I just wanted to be able to get everything in approximately the right position before pulling the tug out of the water.

Many thanks,

Mark

Mark. Our tandem axle trailer for our 21EC is unloaded and in our back lot. Give me an hour and I’ll post some pictures of the location of the bunks.

There are pictures in my photo album. I’ll give you some measurements if you’ll let me know what you want. Hope this helps.

Hi Karl,

The pictures helped a lot. If you could give me a couple quick measurements, I think I'd have everything I need.

1. Distance from center of keel to bunk
2. Height (rise) from keel line to bunk
3. Distance from stern end of bunk to winch

Thanks for the help.

Mark. Here are the measurements. From the center of the top of the trailer keel to the INSIDE EDGE of the bottom of each bunk is 27”. The distance from the center of the trailer keel to the top of each bunk, front and rear is 16 1/2”. The distance from the CENTER of the bow roller on the winch to the stern end of each bunk is 17’ 10”. Hope this helps. Let me know how it works out.
Cheers!

Karl,

You're the best. Thanks so very much.

TugScout, out of interest, will that trailer fit? I always wondered about the keel on the Tug and if a ‘stock’ trailer would fit...

Hi Karl.. or anyone that may know...
I am trying to build a custom trailer for the 21EC. Can you tell me, on yours:
- how far back the axle is from the winch
- I am going to do just bunks, no rollers in the front. How long are your bunks, and is there much weight on the rollers? I think I can just make them a bit longer forward.

Thanks in advance
