21ec Volvo oil filter USA filter part no?

I've spent half an hour on the internet trying to find a US made oil filter for my 21ec D1-30. No luck. I called Fram's customer service line, waited 15 minutes, no luck. Does anyone know of a US brand filter that will work? It's a nuisance for me to have to get the Volvo brand.

There was a non-Volvo oil filter on my replacement (recall) D1-30. I will post the brand and number day after tomorrow. I remember looking it up - about $12 on Amazon.

Thanks. I gather the Volvo d-1's are actually based on a Perkins engine.
