Had the boat out on the 4th and couldn't get it started at the end of the day.
It's now being checked out with the thought discharged battery or problem with the charging system.
I now remember an EVC alarm earlier in the day. At the time I didn't have an idea what an EVC alarm was. I've done a little reading since. When the fob is placed near the starter panel, NOTHING happens.
Any thoughts on the EVC alarm and being unable to start the engine being connected?
If so....I'm not sure I have any idea what to do about it. More troubling is the fact, that I'm not sure the place where the boat is being serviced has any idea how an EVC functions???
