We had the same issue with the Command Bridge steering station on our 2015 RT31.
You can try the easy fixes like making sure the three pipe fittings on the backside of the pump are tight, and install a new vented upper station cap.
But those fixes did not work for us.
I believe their is a design issue at an internal seal within the pump that seems to slowly leak after 5-7 years. I kept adding small amounts of hydraulic fluid, but the leak was regularly making a mess on the CB deck.
Ultimately I installed a new pump and that fixed our problem.
