Just looking for feedback back on fuel consumption on the 32c and what rpm you’re cruising at .

Fuel consumption is, in a word, awful. Here's a thread with data on several FM boats, including the 302/32C. Many of us have made modifications like drop fins, 4 blade and Sharrow props to overcome the stern heavy inefficient hull design with varying results.

This is my 2nd 32c , first one was a 2017 and had the smaller pod and the new one is 2022 and has the bigger pod . The old ones fuel consumption was around 1.1 compared to the .7 the newer one gets as well as having to run at higher RPM to maintain a plane . Just did a trip from Vancouver to Port Hardy with another boat( kingfisher 3425) that had the same power and similar length and weight that averaged 1.4 . I can only assume the bigger pod is causing part of the problem
