6BY Oil Filter

I was about to change the oil on my 6BY when I noticed that the sealed package included with the element 165000-69590 contained only a large O ring along with a copper washer. The manual calls for changing all 3 O rings. Presumably, you have to order the other 2 O rings separately. This seems silly but perhaps not unusual. I am wondering if some has a part number they could send along for the missing O rings. Thanks
