How do you change clean filters on both of these? I can get to the 16000 unit but can't lift the filter it hits the floor.
On the 12000 I can see the filter when I take out the helm heater but the filter if I can reach it look to be under the floor of the closet. Both of these units are on a 30 Cutwater - S
