Everyone, please welcome "Therapist II". We took delivery of her on April 16, 2010, from Chesapeake Ranger Tugs at Annapolis, MD. I first saw the Ranger Tugs for real at the Baltimore Boat Show in January, and immediately fell in love with the R21-EC. It had everything I had been wanting in my next boat at an affordable price and affordable operating costs - radar, GPS, electronic NAV charts, fish finder, bow thruster, camper canvas, inboard diesel, and of course sink, stove, refer, bunk and head. All of that and good looks too. Please check out our photo album. You will see us tugging around the Chesapeake Bay and possibly the ICW in the future.

I would like the thank Chuck, John and Ian at Chesapeake Ranger Tugs, and Mark and Andrew at the factory for all their help.

Congratulations!!!! She is beautiful. We're happy to see you chose the right color.

Welcome to the family!

Beautiful little tug! Good luck with her.

Rick & Dottie: Congrats! There's nothing like a R-21EC in Hero Red to get someone noticed. Believe me, we know! She will give you many hours of great boating, all the while looking good. Feel free to check out "Kamalani's" photo album. Like you, it was love at first sight. Please keep us posted as to your adventures on the Chesapeke.
Alex & Sherry, "Kamalani"

Welcome Aboard

We cruise around the Elk, Bohemia and Sassafrass Rivers. Would love to explore the Rock Hall area this summer. We hope to see you on the water!

Congratulations! In the immortal words of Humphrey Bogart, "This is the beginning a beautiful friendship!" You will only love her more as you get to know her.

Believe me, she's a real head-turner!!!

I own the Red Ranger, also a R-21 EC in Hero Red. Every time I put her in and take her out, folks crowd around asking about the boat. I had a neighbor tell me last week that someone stopped on the street in front of my house recently and walked up to my carport just to get a better look at her.

Congratulations at being a member of the Ranger Tug family. You will love your new boat.

Rick and Dottie,
Welcome and congratulations on choosing what most of us feel is one of the finest vessels on the water! You have purchased your vessel from a company like no other. Jeff, John, and Dave all stand behind the vessels they manufacture and sell. Andrew has most of the answers when it comes to your various systems. If he doesn't have the answer, he will find out for you and let you know.

As Bruce Moore of Moondance says, " you did not buy a boat, you bought a lifestyle!".

Good luck and again, congratulations!

Thanks everyone for your comments. Dottie and I are looking forward to lots of water time.

We have turned a lot of heads already and several people have expressed a desire to own a tug also. We will have to allow extra time when we go somewhere to allow for all those who want a closer look.

TuggerToy and everyone in the Chesapeake area - A group of C-Dory owners have organized a rendezvous the weekend of June 4/5/6 at the Lankford Bay Marina which is a bit up the Chester River, in the Rock Hall area. Maybe we could meet you there. I understand several other tuggers are going.
They have specifically invited any Ranger Tug owners to join them. If you would like to, go to the C-Brats Owners’ website at http://www.c-brats.com/portal.php, register, and join the event signup at the top of the home page for the Chesapeake Bay rendezvous. You’ll have to page down to the exchanges that started around early March and you will get the drift of the registration process. Here is a link to the marina: http://www.chesapeake-bay.com/lankfordbay/

See y'all on the water.
