Above and Beyond:
New Tug owner here, R27OB, Tacoma, WA. Owned this sweet beauty for two weeks. Knowing how nimble I am I decided I could step over, around and through the items on the boat as I was outfitting her. NOPE! Not so much. And that's when I fell through the open cabin door!! A small scratch on my hand, sore back and neck but, that door! Shattered in a million pieces. Damn, damn, double damn, damn...what to do??
Got in touch with the crew at Ranger Amazing Tugs and they took care of me. I delivered the door myself to Arlington and they put glass in my door frame. It only took a few days and, BAM!, I reinstalled the door and I'm back in business!! Fast service and a reasonable price....many thanks.
INCREDIBLE SERVICE BY: Andrew Custis, Tim O'Neill, ADAM IN ARLINGTON (you and your crew up there are fantastic!) and Alexis in finance.
Lessons Learned:
Don't take shortcuts, move the dang cord before putting your foot down. You're getting old, son, work smarter not harder. Be extra careful when you're working on your boat and you are by yourself.
And now you know why my handle is "Dumluck27". I wasn't hurt...because my body is hard and tough? Or maybe it was dumb luck? ;>)
