Hello,
Here are my symptoms which I need assistance with.
When no shore power, there is no AC on my panel. All breakers are showing no power and the green LEDs are not lit.
When shore power is connected, the main breaker LED is green but no AC voltage is showing on the meter. Every few seconds there is a pulse of AC on the meter but doesn’t stay. The breakers on the left side are all showing no power.
The Remote Display has an Amber flashing status light and the Display light is green. The screen shows DC voltage.
The Inverter fans are not running.

Any suggestions what I should do?

I am not familiar with your particular inverter. However, some inverters have two settings. One setting is always on and the other is standby. On standby the inverter "hunts" for a load. Once it detects a load it will kick in. Usually when on standby the 110 meter will pulse every few seconds. Have you tried plugging something in to see if it livens up? The other issue could be an automatic transfer switch, which could be malfunctioning. Have you gone through the owners manual for the device? There should be a trouble shooting section.
Non-Backup Mode
Same as Auto Backup Mode but when there is a power failure of the utility or the AC input source
is not available, the inverter will not turn ON automatically. You are required to manually turn ON
the inverter.

What year is your boat? I have a 2017 R29 CB and my inverter started acting flaky after about 4 years. After trying to diagnose it I realized it was simply failing. I swapped it out and good to go. The swap out is relatively easy.

Sorry my boat is a 2018 29S. This morning I cycled the power by turning off the battery switches and disconnecting the shore power. I then turned on the battery switches and connected the shore power and everything came up.
Not sure if the problem will repeat or not?
