AC units on my 2018 R-31-CB are not pumping any water overboard and therefore not cooling. I've checked water flow from the seacock to the pump, turned on main AC breaker, fore and aft AC breaker and both Dometic control panels. Everything seems to be working except water flow; is there a separate breaker somewhere just for the AC pump? Nothing is labeled as such on the control panels. Any ideas??

Did you try to prime the AC pump? I would try this first.

To prime try priming. Close seacock, remove strainer cap. Have someone at AC switch. Use water hose and direct water into outlet of strainer. Have helper turn on AC When water runs out of A/C discharge turn off A/C and screw back strainer cover. Open Seacock and turn on A/C. You should be good.
An alternative is If your discharge is on the dockside or you can reach while in your dingy. Have sea cock open and force water into the outlet with freshwater hose. Put enough in so that it goes all the way back to the seacock. This should only take a minute or so. Then turn on the A/C. Once primed you should be good until you pull the boat out of the water. If it will be out a short time you can avoid loss of prime by closing seacock before removing from the water.
