Aft Thruster.

Recently our aft thruster failed. Diagnosed thruster, not control. Had my mechanic remove.
Opened it up and tested as per instructions, and determined internal control box not working.
Purchased another, no good. Jumpered thermal switch to ground, worked.
Control box thought it was overheated without connection to ground.
Found thermal switch ok, ground connection inside motor not good.
Looked OK, disassembled, cleaned and reassembled. Both interface boxes now worked.
Reassembled, I see why they recommend sending to factory, very difficult to reassemble, lining up gasket and many bolts.
Finally got it.
