I've obtained a quote from one after market "joy stick" controller that'd allow me to maneuver my CW28 with Volvo via a single "joy stick". This entails tying the two thrusters with the Volvo engine control.
I also appreciate that Fluid Motion is probably not excited about such modifications given today's legal environment; yet my 2013 Yamaha F-300's on my Pursuit 345 has the "electronics" to pull this off using just two outboards with no thrusters.
I know Volvo uses this technology with a few of their engines, both single and twins, so a Volvo "black box" should be able to handle the input/outputs.
Has anyone else retrofitted their Cutwater with Volvo with such a unit?
