agm to lithim mixed chemistry concern C-288

I'm converting a C288 with Agm batteries to Lithium The main battery switch conects to the windless and house main via a connecting bar on the backside of the panel . My concern is that the two battery chemistries appear to be tied together. My question is do I need to seperate the windless and if so where would I pull a agm power source from.
