Hi All - The pan under the cabin air conditioner is leaking a trivial amount of what I assume to be condensation into the cave. After pulling off the mouse fur panel I see the leak is from a pipe-threaded hole in the pan that is plugged, labeled DRAIN. Does anyone know what the intended use of this drain hole is, so I can determine how to fix the leak - (a) add a nipple and hose to drain the water to the bilge, or (b) fix the leaky plug and assume the water in the pan will evaporate before spilling out. Any ideas or experiences?

My pans have several of these on each pan. You would select the one best suited to drainage and install the drain hose there. They are like "knockouts". Are you sure your drain hose isn't attached to one of them on another side.

Also on mine, one of my pan's female threaded drain hole was cracked, allowing condensate to leak out. My pans each have a hose that drains to the shower sump pump. Could be also the male hose fitting that screws into the pan is not tight or sealed well, assuming you may have a drain hose.

Thank you Kip. I suspected there was another drain somewhere on the pan but couldn't see or feel it. I guess I'll have to add a good mirror to my tool kit!
