Air Horn Not Working

The air horn on my 2020 R29 is not working. It has power at the horn. I tried disassembling the horn to see if corrosion or crud was blocking the diaphragm. There was some paint like particles that look like they were used for sealing interior fasteners, but no other obvious issues. I cleaned things up a bit on one of the two horns and reassembled. Tried again and got on short toot and then nothing more. Any thoughts or recommendations?

I’ve had success spraying inside of the horn with PB-Blaster, letting it sit overnight, sometimes it will take a few times.
Got this advice off the web about fixing boat horns. It extended the life of my horn for a few yeast, but finally had to replace!
