algae in 2010 Ranger 25 fuel tank?

My engine will not start. It ran fine two days ago. It is full of diesel. I have followed the instructions in the owners manual. Could it be fuel issues? How would I know ?

I’d try pumping some out to see what it looks like, there really isn't any other way to look. It can also be low batteries.

1) How would do I just pump some fuel out ?

2) Is my 150 HP Yanmar Turbo (4BY2) self bleeding? If so, how does that work?
