Anchor Ball Roller

Has anyone had experience removing and replacing the anchor roller ball mount on an R23? Mine was bent in my marina. I have the replacement part but not sure what to do with the three mounting screws, and what sealant to use and where to put the sealant. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

I am currently replacing the bow roller on my R27.
Upgrading from the stock Lewmar Bow Roller to the Mantis BR1 Bow Roller.
